What started as a one-man vision from Adonai three summers ago has grown into something bigger. A community for people from anywhere to show up, paddle out, and experience it for themselves.
From Brazil to Colorado to Italy - different backgrounds, same mindset. We’re here for the ocean, and we’re here to share it with you!
Adonai - Founder

Adonai moved to Portugal 8 years ago to chase his passion for surfing - turning it into Surf Local. You’ll always find him in the water… or at the Fogo de Chão buffet.

Our most experienced, energetic, and just the right amount of chaotic instructor. Every session with Wyll leaves you smiling - and with at least one solid ride to brag about.

Our Italian king joined the team last summer and brings sunshine to every session - even on cloudy days. Equal parts hype man and instructor, he’ll have you laughing your way into your first wave.
